SOOP panel layers and who owns them Diagram

Same art, two uses

Print flattens ink, colour and background into one page under the lettering
Screen keeps them separate: background and colour move at different depths, ink stays on top
Screen captions and chat lines are typeset from the manifest, not from the DesignCraft layer

Rules from the scripts

Stream chrome (rounded frame, LIVE bug, viewer counter) appears only on stream-sourced frames
Cyan light comes from screens only and falls on the colour layer, never over the ink
Ink is multiplied on top so dry-brush texture survives

Not drawn yet

No real ink or colour layers exist; tests use a labelled stand-in
The DesignCraft Art layer is empty until panels are placed
